  • Ideal ratio to reduce Letterboxing

    We're trying to find a proper ratio so the letterboxing (or black lines on the top and bottom or right and left). However, the ratios we're using now (especially ones that aren't true 4:3 or 16:9) are showing interlacing/pixelated lines and causing the audio to be off. Any ideas or advice...

    Hi there, What about the resolution of your display? I see your display res is set at 1024x768 (normal 4x3 aspect ratio). Did you try to increase the res from normal to widescreen res (16x9)? I don't what's the native res of your display but you should definitely check that native res and try...

    Hi Visixclient, There are a couple of things you can try: 1) Try building your PowerPoint slide at the same size of the content block that it is going into (i.e. if you are have only one content block on your display and it is 1366x768, then you can set your page layout for that size and there will be...

  • improving text appearance within jpegs posted on Axis TV

    Has anyone found a way to improve the on-screen look of text within JPEG files (converted from PowerPoint)? When posted on AxisTV/Visix, the text on our slides becomes very jagged (due to the sytem's conversion of the file to a lower resolution). Thanks in advance.
