    We're trying to find a proper ratio so the letterboxing (or black lines on the top and bottom or right and left). However, the ratios we're using now (especially ones that aren't true 4:3 or 16:9) are showing interlacing/pixelated lines and causing the audio to be off. Any ideas or advice...

    Hi there, What about the resolution of your display? I see your display res is set at 1024x768 (normal 4x3 aspect ratio). Did you try to increase the res from normal to widescreen res (16x9)? I don't what's the native res of your display but you should definitely check that native res and try...

  • improving text appearance within jpegs posted on Axis TV

    Has anyone found a way to improve the on-screen look of text within JPEG files (converted from PowerPoint)? When posted on AxisTV/Visix, the text on our slides becomes very jagged (due to the sytem's conversion of the file to a lower resolution). Thanks in advance.
