Error message using Mass Alert Notification CAP interface (SOLUTION ID
#22502)
Issue
#1
Customer receives the following error message in AxisTV Error Log and on the
Main Page after switching to a Mass Alert Notification mode using the CAP
interface:

Description: Cannot activate 130.160.142.11. Player is not connected. Please
select 'Close' to continue.

at Tei.Content.Api.RequestProcessor.ProcessRequest(Byte[]
requestState)
This error is caused when message text is typed after an <enter> in the CAP
interface. Customers use the <enter> key to get a 2nd paragraph of text. The
Space Bar should be used to add spaces instead of the <enter> key to get
paragraphs in the message.

Some of the text is not visible in the overlay that was used in the CAP
interface to create the Mass Alert message.
There is a 253 character limit for messages using the Mass Alert Mode at
this time.

Customer could not get the AxisTV to switch modes to the Mass Alert Mode
called Other in the CAP interface from Blackboard
